Can I cancel anytime? What's the refund policy?
Due to the digital nature and immediate availability of member resources, we do not issue refunds. Of course, you can cancel anytime. However, if there's ever something more you're looking for in the membership, I'd encourage you to reach out and let me know. I'm always open to experiment with new ideas if it will serve the members. In fact, we have an always-open member survey and Q&A survey, which are perfect places to share ideas that would help you in the membership. Both allow you to stay anonymous if you'd prefer.
Can I resell the digital product templates?
The digital product templates come with an extended commercial license, allowing you to sell them to end users or sell them with PLR. You cannot pass along extended use rights. (In other words, your customer or your customer's customer must be the end user.) Additionally, if you are selling these with PLR and/or on a site that requires products be handmade and original (like Etsy), you must customize them. Don't worry! The whole point of this membership is to make customization quick and simple. Our templates either have a minimalist design aesthetic (no graphics) or simply arranged graphic elements that are easy to edit.
What license do the graphics come with?
The graphics come with an extended commercial license, allowing you to use them in editable templates, including those you sell with PLR. The only thing you can't do is resell them as standalone elements; they must be used to create something of greater value. Unlike the well-known graphic subscription platforms, you aren't required to make composite images out of our graphics (so time-consuming), you aren't required to "flatten" your designs (restricts the types of products you can create), and you can use them in products you sell with PLR (allowing you to choose the business model you prefer). This is a stress-free license & the only thing you can't do is resell the graphic elements on their own.
Can I resell the business/marketing resources?
The marketing and business resources you receive each month are for your personal use to grow your business. They do not include a PLR or extended use license.
Is there a community forum or group?
While we don't currently have a dedicated forum, you can submit questions anytime through our member-only Q&A survey. We also provide community updates and interaction through our regular Member's Newsletter.
When are new resources added to the membership?
New resources are added all month long. You can check the Members Dashboard for new downloads or keep an eye out for the Member's Newsletter. The newsletter, which usually arrives in your inbox by Monday morning, includes all of the resources that have been added month-to-date. At the beginning of the next month, you'll also get a final "recap" newsletter with every single resource from the month before.
