- Can I cancel anytime? What's the refund policy?Yes, you can cancel anytime. However, due to the digital nature and immediate availability of resources, we do not issue refunds. If there’s something more you’d like to see in the membership, I encourage you to share your feedback! We have an always-open Member Survey and Q&A survey, where you can submit ideas anonymously if you prefer. I’m always open to experimenting with new ideas to better serve our members.
- Can I resell the digital product templates?Absolutely! If you sell personal use products, there is no customization requirement. If you sell the templates with PLR, then you do need to make some customizations (fonts, colors, and/or graphics).
Tip: This membership makes customization quick and easy. Many templates include minimal design elements, giving you the flexibility to easily add your own unique style with the included graphics.
Need an even broader license? I'll be launching a limited Premium Reseller License, which will allow you to resell templates with an extended use license. Email hello@thatplrgirl.com if you'd like to be added to the waitlist. - What license do the graphics come with?The graphics come with an extended commercial license, giving you the freedom to:
*Use them in editable templates (even those sold with PLR).
*Skip the tedious requirements of other platforms—no "flattening" or composite images needed!
The only restriction: Graphics cannot be resold as standalone elements; they must be part of a greater product. - Can I resell the business/marketing resources?No, the business and marketing resources are for your personal use only. They do not come with PLR or extended use rights.
- Is there a community forum or group?While we don’t have a dedicated forum, members can connect and interact through:

*Regular updates in the Member’s Newsletter, which features community highlights and tips. - When are new resources added to the membership?Resources are added all month long! Stay up-to-date by:
*Checking the Member Dashboard for new downloads.
*Reading the email "Updates" which go out when new resources are added.
*Checking our resource calendar which is updated when new deliverables are dropped.
*At the start of each month, you’ll also receive a final recap of all resources added the previous month.
